Refund policy

We take great care in packing each Make Space kit, and we want it to reach you in the same condition it leaves us.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please ensure the following:

  • An unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened. This helps us verify and resolve your concern smoothly.
  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via email at makespaceconnect@gmail.com along with clear photos and the unboxing video.

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • A reverse pickup will be arranged. A nominal reverse shipping fee may be applicable and will be communicated to you in advance.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition - unused, unopened, and with all components intact.
  • After we receive the product, it will go through a quality check. If the returned item passes inspection, a replacement order will be processed and shipped to you.

Please note:

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons other than damaged or incorrect items.
  • Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur, as some elements are handcrafted or material-dependent - these are not considered defects.
  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for resolution.
  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be eligible for resolution.
  • Products that are found to be used, tampered with, or incomplete will not qualify for replacement.
